Hello I am writing to request a full refund for Order #2371 . Your website implies a local business, but my item is shipping from China, which was not disclosed at checkout. I no longer want the item. In the event that I do not receive a response I will open a request with my bank that I have been scammed by a fraudulent company and they can open an investigation into the matter.
