Hi Philippa, Thank you for confirming your order number, and I’m really sorry for the delay with your parcel. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have to wait longer than expected. We’ve checked order #2372, and your parcel is currently in transit. We’re also currently experiencing a particularly busy period due to our summer sale, which has caused some delays with fulfilment and deliveries. That said, we are actively expediting your parcel and doing what we can to help move it through the delivery process as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for a little more patience while this is being prioritized. You can also check the latest tracking updates here: https://elara-dublin.com/apps/parcelpanel?cwtrk_token=XQwJXqJSEr0_fO8gl9QKiOPT_hCvvEudBr7LedxbF2_yUicvkA We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and for making you wait longer than expected. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Elara Dublin
