We completely understand why receiving an item that was different from what you ordered has affected your trust in us. We have reviewed your concern again, and I’m sorry, but the resolution our company provides for incorrect or different items is a replacement rather than a refund. The original order has already been paid to our supplier, and unfortunately, we are not able to reverse that payment and issue a refund for this type of case. I do not want a replacement. I have lost all trust in your company. It is simple - I received a totally different item to what I ordered - you falsely advertised it - it is in your website as you will clearly see. You have the photo of the one I received. I await a full refund promptly as I am not prepared to spend any more money sending this item back as I am already £35 out of pocket.
