Hi Leanne, Thank you for reaching out about order #2354. Your order is paid and being prepared. A shipping label has been created, with tracking number YT2624300712915491, but we do not yet have a carrier update showing movement on it. We know that is not much information yet, and we are sorry we cannot tell you more at this point. Can you confirm the delivery address you used on the order is still correct and accessible? Warm regards, Customer Care Team Elara Dublin

from decision #5290 · action=reply · 2026-09-07 05:30:30 · dry-run

Hi Leanne, Thank you for reaching out about order #2354. Your order is paid and being prepared. A shipping label has been created, with tracking number YT2624300712915491, but we do not yet have a carrier update showing movement on it. We know that is not much information yet, and we are sorry we cannot tell you more at this point. Can you confirm the delivery address you used on the order is still correct and accessible? Warm regards, Customer Care Team Elara Dublin

Decision reason: REVIEW REQUIRED, Elara Dublin has never sent a customer email -- this would be the first. BACKLOG FIRST REPLY 2026-09-07 (operator: 'draft the undrafted'). No remedy named, per the first-reply rule. Facts limited to the verified Shopify record; order 2354. NOT SENT.

Escalate to a human

Removed from this page — investigated and found to be a no-op for the operator (it only wrote a private note back to this same Case events list, nothing else read it). The AI's own real escalations still show up in the queue and now trigger a push notification.
